YCES is looking for a friendly, people-oriented person to fill our assistant office manager position.  This person will serve as the face of the school, greeting students, parents, and the public.  They will answer phones, schedule appointments, and give administrative support to teachers and administration.  They will help maintain confidential student records, order supplies, enter lunch information, and schedule substitute teachers.

 

This is a Classified Position. Salary is dependent on experience and qualifications.
